Magic Cinnamon Clouds
Magic Clouds-their name looks beautiful, and whoever starts eating them I am sure and I guarantee you will not stop, because they have a special taste. Another recipe from the book we got.
Preparation steps
- Make butter and sugar together, about 2-3 minutes. Well all lightly, not all at once add all the other ingredients, first eggs, cheese and then dry ingredients. When the flour is added work with the spirals on the mixer, to mix everything well.
- Put the mixture covered to stand for 30 minutes in the cold. Then prepare a little more oil in a large skillet. Prepare a deeper dish lined with a napkin, where you will put the clouds after frying, also prepare a glass of water, in which you will prepare 2 larger spoons.
- Get the dough out of the cold. put the sieve with oil to heat, and when it heats up, reduce the temperature to medium, not fry on the highest heat. Using two spoons, remove small bubbles and put them in oil and fry until they are fine golden-brown in color. Place the bubbles in a bowl with a kitchen towel until all the dough is used up.
- Every time you take the spoonfuls, dip them in water so that they don't stick. Now still warm, when everyone is fried, roll in the sugar you mixed with cinnamon. They are delicious and warm even if they stay cold. We made a double measure, so the couple spent the night with us, they don't lose their taste or softness, no matter how magical they are.
