Magic cake / Wunderkuchen
This is my basic recipe when I make cakes or if I need a cake quickly ... I've already made it in various variants ... It's delicious and juicy ... This one is definitely NUMBER 1 with me ... Look at the pictures and try it, you will not repent ... ;-)
Preparation steps
- Whisk eggs, sugar and salt. The longer the better, but at least 5-10 minutes.
- Add the selected liquid and oil to it at a lower speed.
- Mix flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Best with your hand if you don't feel like it then at the lowest speed of the mixer. Just to combine dry and liquid.
- Oil the mold (26-28cm) or put baking paper and add the mixture and bake at 160 degrees (ventilation 180).
- This is for a mold 26 to 28 cm and it turns out high (so I need it for cakes), if you have a smaller mold, be sure to reduce it, otherwise it will spill out on the stove.
Serving
For coco coco bark I use cocoa milk as a liquid and add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the flour
