Mafia chicken
"This is one of the quick, simple, but fine dishes, which does not require much work, and can be made an hour before serving!. I made these rules last weekend when the girls from ZgMafija arrived, everything had to be done when they they arrive because we had too little time and because of them: Bob, Bedekica and Foodfan (which was planned) I call this fine dish "mafia" because they are actually real mobsters, because very quickly you get into your heart and rob him:))))))
Preparation steps
- separate the chicken fillets with a knife to get bigger steaks, beat them very lightly with a meat stick just to flatten them and stack them in an oiled tray 40 × 30, add a little salt
- when all the fillets are arranged, arrange the smoked slice on top, and grate the hard cheese over the slice
- mix the sour cream well and pour over the grated cheese
- grate some more cheese on top of the cream
- put the oven at 180 * C for about 1 hour
- when it is baked, don't be startled by the amount of liquid that will appear (it must be because this cheese and cream melts at a high temperature), during baking that liquid will evaporate, and the little that remains will shrink when the food cools down a bit.
- it’s done when the cheese is browned on top, take it out of the oven and let it cool, then cut it into cubes and enjoy
