Madame Vanille Orange
Inspired by Multi fast Multi fine Multivitamintort by vanilla and fragrant sticks with vanilla and orange aroma. Dessert of choice for hot summer days. Fragrant and extremely light, without butter, sweet sour cream and chocolate.
Preparation steps
- Beat the egg whites with the sugar with a mixer until firm. Add flour, cocoa and finely ground hazelnuts and mix gently. Line a round baking sheet with greaseproof baking paper, coat with egg white mixture and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Test with a toothpick if it is baked. Leave the crust to take out of the baking tray, separate it from the baking paper and transfer it to a round cake tin with a diameter of 28 cm. The crust should be baked in a tin that is an inch larger in diameter than the diameter cake mold, because the dough gathers during baking and is just the size of a smaller mold.
- Vanilla cream Separate 1 dl from 0.5 l of milk and mix with pudding powder to obtain a homogeneous liquid without lumps. Add bourbon vanilla sugar and honey to the remaining milk and bring to a boil. Add the whipped pudding powder to the boiling milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in mileram. Add vanilla flavor. Stir. Pour over the crust while the cream is still hot. Tip: DO NOT make this cake without Dr. Oetker's Butter-Vanilla flavor. He is incomparably more beautiful with her.
- Orange dressing Add honey to the water and bring to a boil. Mix the pudding powder (or starch) with the squeezed lemon and orange to get a homogeneous liquid without lumps. Add the whipped pudding powder to the boiling water in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. The mass should be obtained as a thicker pudding. Remove from heat. Cool for 5 minutes and pour over the vanilla cream. Leave in the fridge overnight, covered with aluminum foil (not to create a crust like it is created on puddings). Remove the cake pan frame and decorate as desired.
- Decoration 1 bar of white chocolate 1 bar of dark chocolate
- Grate the chocolates and sprinkle with a spoon on the surface of the cake.
- Invite friends and serve with bitter liqueur Bitter leaf or Badel's wormwood!
- Important!!! If you use vanilla-flavored pudding from other manufacturers and mileram, which is not very thick-firm, the cream will be thin and then it should be prepared with the addition of 1 teaspoon of powdered gelatin, prepared according to the instructions from the bag.
