Preparation steps
- Clean the fish and then dry it with towels.
- Finely chop the rosemary leaves, do the same with a sprig, ie parsley leaves and a little dill, and wash the olives a little and chop them. Chop the garlic as well or squeeze it through the pliers if you have any. Put everything in one cup and add about 0.5 dcl of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper and mix everything. If the mixture is very thick, you can add more olive oil, what is left after you pour over the baked fish, and it is fine for dipping bread: D.
- He rips off the foil. Put 1 tablespoon of oil with spices and spread a little.
- Put the fish on it, put a teaspoon of the mixture inside.
- And spread another 1 teaspoon up the fish.
- Do the same with everyone, wrap each one separately. Put on a tin. Place in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes, if you are baking larger mackerel bake them for about 40 minutes.
- At the end of baking, dissolve the foil, keep it very hot, help yourself with a fork, and return it to the oven to simmer a bit. You can also increase it slightly to 200 ° C for about 5-10 minutes.
- You can serve diced boiled potatoes with the fish and you can top it with the rest of the olive oil and spices. GOOD APETITE !!!
