I recently came up with this recipe and I made it right away. I hope that someone has not already set this recipe, and if so, let them know. Mine are thrilled because they love these sparkling cakes, like soft pillows. They are very decorative, delicious, and tempting to the eye. Beautiful fasting cakes! They are made quickly and disappear even faster!

Preparation steps

  • First, in a deep mixing bowl, pour the gelatin bags and pour a teaspoon of water (a teaspoon of 80-100 ml). The gelatin immediately swells from the water.
  • Sprinkle the bottom of the rectangular pan in which we will pour with the coconut. Since some of my family members do not eat coconut, I put ground plasma biscuits on half of the bottom of the pan and sprinkled the other half of the pan with coconut.
  • Chop the jelly candies into small cubes. It is good that each color has its own taste. That way, the cake will taste better. If someone does not like jelly candies, they can put chopped walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds.
  • In another bowl, put sugar, vanilla sugar and pour salt, / 250ml /. Bring the water to a boil and let the sugar melt.
  • In a deep bowl with swollen gelatin, slowly pour the sherbet, as hot as it is, and initially stir with a mixer at a lower speed and add the sherbet while stirring. When we poured the hot sherbet and when it started to thicken, increase the mixer to maximum speed.

  • Here’s how it turned out to be wonderful I was after 10 minutes of torturing with a mixer.
  • Stuffed, we pour it into the pan and immediately sprinkle it with chopped jelly cubes.
  • If you make the cake only with coconut, then salt it all over immediately after you have put the cabbage cubes. I sprinkled the cake half with coconut, half with ground plasma biscuits, / to please everyone /. Place the pan in the refrigerator to set, about 1 hour and maybe less.
  • After one hour, cut the stake into cubes of the desired size.
  • Take the cubes out of the pan and place them one by one in a plate with coconut and sprinkle the surrounding surfaces of the cubes with your hands.
  • I put half of the other cubes in a plate with ground plasma biscuits and sprinkled the surrounding surfaces of the cubes with it.
  • Cut the pieces on a tray.
