Macedonia (Italian fruit salad)
Rhapsody of fruit flavors with two secret ingredients "stolen" from chef Pasquale ... :)
Preparation steps
- Fruits of your choice, juicier and a little "softer", all but apples
- Cut the fruit into smaller pieces, pour lemon juice + white wine + cognac + sugar Mix everything well, leave in the fridge for a couple of hours to taste the prosciutto.
Serving
Serve chilled along with the juice released by the fruit
