Macaroni lasagna
A small variation on the theme of lasagna.
Preparation steps
- Cook the macaroni in salted water and strain it. Saute the minced meat, carrot, salt, pepper, add dry spice in the oil and finally mix in the tomato (peeled and cut into smaller pieces).
- In a separate bowl, fry the flour in melted margarine, pour in the milk and cook over a low heat until the required density. Season with grated nutmeg and add a little salt.
- In the bowl in which you will bake the lasagna, arrange: a row of macaroni, a row of minced meat, a row of béchamel until you have used up the material. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and bake until golden brown.
