Lydia's bread from the baker
When I bought a bread maker a month ago, I had no idea that it would become a part of our everyday life. It took a couple of days for him and me to get to know each other, understand each other and we simply became inseparable :-) At first I used ready-made bread mixes, but since my dear friend Lidija sent me a recipe for bread we tried one night with her , I bake it every other day, and the kids are thrilled, because the crust is so soft and the bread is plentiful and most importantly, its shelf life is three days, if of course it lasts that long :-)))))) I hope you will try it, and that's why I want to share it with you ......., and my dear Cooolinars, the bread will be equally fine for everyone who doesn't have a baker, so you can bake it in the oven too !!!
Preparation steps
- Pour the milk into the bowl in the baking pan, add the egg, pour in the flour, and make a small hole in which to add the yeast, salt, cream and butter flakes. The rest of the preparation depends on the model of the baker. I personally put the baker on program 1, adjust the weight to 750 g, and a darker crust. If you work in the oven, knead the dough from the listed ingredients, let it rise, and put it in a preheated oven for an hour at approximately 200 degrees ..... and of course, enjoy !!!!
Serving
Serve hot or cold bread and serve with what suits you best at that moment :-)
