Luxury pizza
Famous Roman pizza with a rich unusual dough, Traditionally made with anchovies, artichokes and hot peppers in my version only with anchovies, you at will. Enjoy! For my dear friend who has been bothering me for days to put her recipe.
Preparation steps
- Make the dough: Put the butter / room temperature and add the parmesan, make everything to combine and become frothy. Add one egg at a time, stirring every few minutes to combine, add the flour in which you mixed the baking powder, add salt and pepper and all mix together finely into a mixture. Spread the mixture with a spatula on a 28 cm pizza bowl. Peel a squash, grate it and put it in hot water for a minute. Take it out, chop it / you can use it, of course, and you can choose peeled canned tomatoes. Put grated cheese on the spread dough, put chopped tomatoes, arrange anchovies and artichokes if you use if you do not put olives. Sprinkle everything with oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190C / 40-45 min until the pizza gets a nice color at the ends. Serve warm with a glass of red wine.
