Lungic in wine juice
I dedicate the recipe to the 50th birthday of :)
Preparation steps
- Cut the pork loin into rings.
- Peel the garlic and chop finely.
- In a frying pan, place the pork loins in just a little oil, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, a little pepper, oregano, garlic (if you don't have fresh can and powder) and parsley (it can also be dried) and finally one tablespoon of :). Drizzle with half the wine and simmer for ten minutes.
- Add the mashed tomatoes and the remaining wine and simmer for another fifteen minutes until the juice thickens a bit.
Serving
Great addition to various dishes, for example: mashed potatoes, chard, french fries, rice or others.
