A dish that will pleasantly surprise you and you won't bother much! Lungić agrees perfectly with bacon, which otherwise doesn't know where to go with so much fat ... and he needs just that! ;-)

Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and season with salt, pepper, red pepper and olive oil. Season the pork with salt and pepper and suddenly brown it on the pan on all sides. Place the pork loin on a larger plate. Put the pork oil in the protvan and add the potatoes. Spread mustard with mustard, wrap it in bacon and fasten it with toothpicks. - It is important that you know how many toothpicks you "peed" so that you can find them all later after baking :-)
  • Place the wrapped dough among the potatoes in a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C. First bake covered with aluminum foil for about 30 minutes. After which another 30 minutes uncovered without foil. To make your dish juicier, when you discover the foil, pour 1 dl of warm water over the potatoes, occasionally pouring over the pork loin so that the bacon does not dry out too much.
  • When everything is baked, take the pork loin out on a larger plate and cut it into slices with a sharp knife. Put it in the middle where you will serve and baked potatoes around it. Good apetite!
