Lungic for Marko
This is my first recipe - so it must be masculine :) To start, you need one person you love very much and success in cooking is guaranteed.
Preparation steps
- Cut the loin crosswise in the shape of a medallion and prepare the marinade dish. Rub spices into the meat (mustard seeds, crushed garlic, thyme, and coarsely ground pepper - I personally crush it in the oven). Mix the oil, a few drops of sesame oil, a little salt and a teaspoon of mustard and pour over the meat. Leave it to stand for a while in the marinade - ideally it would be a couple of hours, but if you don't have time, 30-60 minutes will be enough.
- While the meat is marinating, prepare the sauce. Cut the champignons into slices and sauté them in a little butter until soft. Season with coarsely ground pepper (to taste, I like hotter), salt and pour over white wine. After part of the liquid evaporates put the mileram, grate a little hard cheese and stir until everything dissolves and thickens.
- Heat the grill pan well and fry the pork loins on both sides until they take on a nice color. The essence is in a shorter roast on a higher heat.
- Serve with arugula or salad of your choice, and by no means forget to smile.
