Ludlab - cream, chocolate and cherries!
For fans of the "killer" cherry-chocolate combination, this Hungarian cake, creamy and irresistible, will be a real revelation. Even the most unbelieving confectioners did not remain immune to it. Unerring!
Preparation steps
- Beat egg, butter, sugar, milk, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa with a mixer. Pour into a margarine greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes at a lower temperature (160-180 degrees, depending on the strength of the oven), until the crust "catches".
- Remove from the oven and order the drained cherries, and then return to the oven and bake for another twenty minutes at 200 degrees (or better yet, use a fork to check if the rind is sufficiently baked).
- Beat the eggs and sugar first with a mixer, and then cook them on steam. Add chocolate and cook a little more. Add the previously whipped margarine to the cooled filling. Spread over cherries.
- Melt the chocolate and margarine for the glaze and spread over the filling.
