Low-calorie mushroom corba
This is a simple soup-corba made of dried minced mushrooms with rice. Finely satiated, and not a lot of calories. 500ml of this corba has about 390 calories. That is about 130 calories per plate, which is great :) since, for example, purchases from a bag per plate have about 300 kcal ... An even better thing is that this corba can also be used as a main dish, because when you eat half a liter of that corba, you eat for a good part of the day, and the fullness of taste is enough. Preparation steps
- Pour 30 g of rice and about twice as much water into the coffee pot and cook, just be careful not to overcook the rice
- While the rice is cooking, pour a small spoonful of olive oil and heat. Add chopped onion and carrot and simmer over low heat while stirring
- When the onion is cooked (the carrot does not have to be completely), add half a liter of water. Increase the heat and wait until boiling.
- When the water has boiled, put the soup cube, mix, then add 3 tablespoons of ground dried mushrooms while stirring.
- Add pre-cooked (and drained rice) and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
- Pour into plates and mix a spoonful of yogurt in each plate ... Pleasant !!! :)
