Lokum Beefsteak in oven sauce
Yesterday I published a marinade for Lokum Beefsteak, and now a step further follows ... if you want soft meat in a sauce that melts in your mouth, here is the recipe.
Preparation steps
- See marinating steak in my recipe "Lokum Beefsteak". Also bake it as described in that recipe. And here's the thing: Turn the oven to 180 degrees to heat up. When you have baked the steak on both sides of the pan, place them in a baking dish. In a pan with leftover meat fat, fry some peppers cut into small sticks. Shake them over the meat. In a bowl with a little water, mix all the other ingredients. Pour over meat and peppers. Add boiled water to lightly cover the meat. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Then uncover the foil and bake for another 15 minutes to bake finely.
