Ljubljana cake
This is the cake that is with me in the picture of my first birthday, and so in the pictures of each subsequent one. So far, it was prepared by my mother, and now, for the first time, I embarked on this adventure, to return the attention and love that is the basic ingredient in this cake ... The cake is ideal for birthdays and celebrations. One piece will completely satisfy your desire for sweets. You will enjoy every bite :)
Preparation steps
- Part 1 Beat eggs and sugar. Gradually add the other ingredients. Pour over the mold and bake the crust at a low temperature.
- Part 2 Beat eggs and sugar. Melt the chocolate and add together with the other ingredients. Bake the crust.
- Part 3 Beat the egg whites and sugar well. Gradually add the other ingredients in order. Pour over the mold and bake the crust.
- Fill Whisk the egg yolks and sugar, then add the milk and flour. Combine steamed until mixture thickens. Remove from the steam and mix in the butter and margarine.
- Arrange the crusts in order and coat the filling between each.
- Coat the cake with whipped cream or cream. Decorate with walnuts, or just let your imagination run wild :)
