Ljevusa
A very old and simple recipe. In Bosnia, it is known by various names of uzljevac, ljevaca, razlijevak, etc.
Preparation steps
- Add salt and baking powder to the flour, then add water and mix the dough with a spoon.
- The dough should be much thicker than the pancake batter, but not hard to spread.
- Pour into a greased pan and bake at 230 C for about 35 minutes.
- Remove the baked lard from the oven and cut into squares.
- Drizzle with garlic topping.
- Return to the oven for two minutes.
- Preparation of garlic dressing
- Finely chop the onion.
- In a small saucepan, boil half a glass of water, a little oil and salt.
- When it boils, add the garlic and remove from the heat.
- Pour the finished topping over the hot saucepan.
- From the same dough, levusa is made with potatoes
- Diced diced potatoes are added to the dough.
- It bakes.
- Pour over with a mixture of eggs, sour cream or cream.
- Bake until the topping turns yellow.
Serving
Serve with yogurt.
