... that's what my grandmother calls her ... we didn't change the name or the recipe :) Wonderful, simple and delicious ...

Preparation steps
- Put all the ingredients together (first flour and salt, then eggs, mix a little, then add water and milk).
- Stir with a whisk, the mixture should be a little thicker than for pancakes.
- Oil the (large) spoon pan and pour the mixture into the pan.
- Bake 30 - 35 min. at 200 C. If your oven is half full, reduce to 180 C. The baked ljeusa should have a fine golden color. During baking, the casserole will grow ...
