Preparation steps
- Combine all the ingredients for the biscuits (the butter must be at room temperature, for easier production). Knead well with your hands to get a fine smooth dough. Shape into a ball, wrap in cling film and leave for 30 minutes in the cold.
- Prepare 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Roll out the dough thinly on a slightly floured surface (preferably from several times, not all at once). Practice molds as desired.
- Bake the biscuits in a well-heated oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes. Let them cool well on a baking sheet. Now combine two with one spoonful of marmalade coated and decorate with melted chocolate glaze. Leave them to harden the icing and store the biscuits in a well-closed container until use.
