Liver stew with rice
This is prepared in our country during the pig slaughter, I prepared it today.
Preparation steps
- Cut the liver into strips, cut the onion into cubes, finely chop or mash the garlic.
- Heat the fat in a pan and fry the chopped onion, when it turns yellow, add the liver
- and fry for a few minutes to lightly brown, sprinkle with red pepper.
- Using a perforated spoon, take out the livers on a tray, then add garlic to the fat, add flour, mix and pour tomato peel.
- Return the livers and with light stirring, check the density, add water if necessary. Add all the spices and simmer for ten minutes on low heat so that it does not burn.
- Serve with cooked rice.
