Liver cubes
Another good recipe to enrich your menu.
Preparation steps
- Cook the chicken livers and chop them into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a large grater.
- Put eggs and a little salt in a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer to thicken. First add the liquid ingredients, oil, water, sour cream or yoghurt. Mix well, then add the potatoes mixed with white flour, then add corn flour mixed with baking powder.
- Finally, add the chopped liver, stir, salt, add pepper and to taste and chopped garlic. Put the finished mixture in a baking pan and then in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
