Preparation steps

• Whisk the eggs and sugar with a mixer (at the highest speed) ... add oil ... vanilla sugar ... flour + baking powder ... then work the dough again with the mixer (at the lowest speed) ... then add the nuts and all together mix but now no longer use a mixer but a cooker and finally add the apples that we previously grated (better to be juicy because it gives juiciness to the cake) ..
• Place the dough in a pre-greased and floured pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C
• When the dough has cooled ... pour chocolate glaze over it.
• Chocolate glaze -water ... chocolate ... butter- all together over low heat stirring to melt
