Linzeri
This is just another recipe about linzers .. But it's mine and it's really good :) These cookies are never baked enough ... always missing
Preparation steps
- Keep the butter at room temperature.
- Knead all the ingredients into a dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Roll out to a thickness of 4 mm. We make the shapes we want (this time my daughter wanted hearts), put them on baking paper and bake for 8 mins at 170’c.
- Allow to cool, then spread with jam as desired and sprinkle with powdered sugar. (keep them in a box to keep them soft and juicy).
