Linsen salad
I really like lentils in corba, balls with Couscous, so why not in salads - a great combination.
Preparation steps
- Put the lens to boil in a little more salted water for about 25-30 minutes,
- until finely softened.
- Drain them well from the liquid.
- In a slightly larger pan, heat the olive oil,
- then fry the diced paprika and salami a little,
- add a little salt.
- Add that to the lenses now,
- which you have already transferred to the salad bowl.
- For the sauce, mix all the ingredients with a fork,
- add to the mass and at the very end add freshly chopped parsley,
- season with salt and pepper if desired…
