Linsen salad

I really like lentils in corba, balls with Couscous, so why not in salads - a great combination.

Preparation steps

  • Put the lens to boil in a little more salted water for about 25-30 minutes,
  • until finely softened.
  • Drain them well from the liquid.
  • In a slightly larger pan, heat the olive oil,
  • then fry the diced paprika and salami a little,
  • add a little salt.
  • Add that to the lenses now,
  • which you have already transferred to the salad bowl.
  • For the sauce, mix all the ingredients with a fork,
  • add to the mass and at the very end add freshly chopped parsley,
  • season with salt and pepper if desired…
