Lino nougat balls for adults

These balls are perfect for various parties and gatherings. They are very fine, and you can add rum, amaretto, bourbon ... to taste.

Preparation steps

  • Mix Lino ladu nougat, butter and salt in a larger bowl until all the ingredients are nicely combined.
  • Add ground biscuits, cocoa and 3 tablespoons of amaretto (or rum, bourbon ...). Stir well. Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours (until the ground biscuit absorbs the amaretto).
  • Remove from the refrigerator and add the remaining amaretto, one tablespoon at a time, until you get a mixture that is easy to shape into balls.
  • Shape into balls (from the amount of a teaspoon of the mixture) with your hands and roll in crystal sugar (you can also use coconut, ground hazelnuts, ground biscuits or chocolate crumbs)
