Preparation steps
- Knead the dough and shape the sausages like this, put it in the fridge to rest for two hours
- Beat the egg whites together with the sugar and honey and finally add the almonds and lemon
- When the dough has cooled, roll out such circles on which you put the filling.
- Fold the dough like this.
- Squeeze the edges like a candy bar.
- Arrange them in a baking tray on the reverse side
- While still hot, roll in powdered sugar
Serving
It would be good if the eggs were homemade to get this yellow color and don't overcook them because they will be brown.
