Light soup
Pancake noodles join the unpretentious vegetable soup. For the right effect, pre-bake a little thicker pancakes. You will prepare the soup in just 10 minutes, and enjoy the rest of the time consuming and socializing.
Preparation steps
- Put the vegetable cubes in boiling water and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Put a piece of pancake noodles in each plate and pour a quarter of the vegetable cube stock.
Serving
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Advice
Pancakes prepared for this soup must be thicker.
