Light rocket risotto with lamb chops

Not everyone likes arugula, and this is how they adore it. This way it loses its strong flavor, but everything good stays in it.

Preparation steps

  • Saute the onion in olive oil, add the chopped garlic, then the rice, and with constant stirring, sauté until the rice is glassy.
  • Add peeled and chopped fresh tomatoes, vegeta, and slowly add the stock. This way the rice will remain creamy
  • When the rice becomes creamy, add the chopped rocket (I tear the leaves by hand), and mix well to wither.
  • Add freshly grated parmesan and finally add butter.
  • Wash the lamb chops and wipe them, add olive oil and chopped chili peppers to the pan, and a few rosemary leaves.
  • Suddenly roast the lamb chops on both sides but not too much.
  • Serve with risotto
