The most famous Libyan salad. It is served with warm Arabic bread Khoubz (pita bread).

Preparation steps

  • Wash the tomatoes, cut them and put them in a blender. Blend but very briefly. Chop the cucumbers very finely, if they are not sprayed, then chop them with the peel. Chop the green peppers as well. Red onion and garlic as well. Put everything together in one bowl and add salt. and pour over the olive oil. * if desired, add canned tuna. Serve cold, with warm Arabic Khoubz.
