Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into small cubes.
  • Add egg, baking powder and salt to the flour. Knead the dough with water. Add the chopped potatoes.
  • Grease a larger pan with fat and pour in the batter.
  • Grate the onion and add to the minced meat, add the vegeta, salt and pepper. Make small lumps of meat and arrange them on the dough. Pour a little fat over the dough.
  • Bake at 200 ° C, ca, 45 min.
  • Pour sour milk over the finished lezibaba, to which you have added a little chopped garlic if desired.
