Let the biscuits be the same thickness
These two small rings will allow you to always have the same thickness when you melt the cookie dough.
Preparation steps
- What do you need to make rings.
- Cut the rings with a scalpel. Mine are 2cm wide.
- Cut one ring and cut one smaller part so that it fits inside the other ring.
- Cut the foil 10 cm wide, fold it in half, you will get a strip, and the length should be 2-3 mm longer than the circumference of the ring. Cover the ring with foil.
- Roll with rings ready to thin the dough. To me, all the gingerbreads in this way were the same thickness, 4mm.
- You can make these rings of different thicknesses according to your wishes, as much as you want the dough to be thick. If you want to make stuffed cookies, a half-thick ring is enough.
