Preparation steps

  • Boil 1 dl of water and 300 g of sugar until bubbles start to form.
  • Add 150 g of margarine, 200 g of ground biscuits, 200 g of ground hazelnuts and a little rum to the syrup.
  • Combine everything and put the mixture in a mold. When cool, pour over the melted chocolate.
  • Glaze: 100 g milk chocolate, 3 teaspoons sugar, 3 teaspoons oil.
