Preparation steps

If the dough is needed sparingly, add a little more flour, so that it does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and leave it in a warm place to rise. During rising, be sure to stir the dough 2-3 times.
  • Then divide the dough into 4-6 balls, spread them a little with a rolling pin and let them grow a little more. Cut them a little with a knife before baking.
  • Preheat the oven (with a baking tray) to 250 ° C. Put the buns in a baking tray and bake until slightly yellow. Spray warm buns with water and wrap in a clean cloth.
