Lenten cake

Mirjana 92, this is a recipe for a fasting cake. From that recipe I made a cover for a published photo of my fasting cake.

Preparation steps

  • Mix all ingredients. Leave it to stand for 1 hour. Coat the baked cake with some jam and sprinkle with ground walnuts or chopped jelly candies.

Serving

If the recipe is used for patispan, it doesn't have to be smeared with marmalade. Bake in a cake ring {the one with the opening mechanism}.
