Lens green
I made red lentil stew. Now I offer you a pleasure made of green lentils.
Preparation steps
- Wash the lens with cold water and place in a bowl of cold water to boil. When it boils, strain the water and add new cold water. Place the lentils on the stove quietly to cook.
- Add finely chopped spring onions, carrots, parsnips, potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
- Add spices, lorber, 3 tablespoons olive oil and simmer until done. It took me about 35 -40 min.
Serving
Serve with a seasonal salad. There are lenses all year round.
