Preparation steps

  • Mix together eggs, sugar, smooth flour, half a bag of baking powder, peel 1 lemon, a little milk and butter.
  • Pour everything into a ribbed tin, pre-lined with baking paper, and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
  • The baked cake is pricked with a fork and sprinkled with lemon juice (2-3 lemons or 50 ml) in which 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar have been previously mixed.
  • Finally, the biscuit, cooled, is sprinkled with crystal sugar.

Serving

It goes great with coffee, of course it goes well with tea. ;)
