Preparation steps
- A 1 dl cup was used. Put all the biscuit ingredients (except three yogurts) in a bowl and mix. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Check with a toothpick. When the toothpick is dry, the biscuit is done. You can put cocoa in the biscuit and you don't have to. I made one version with black and one with white biscuit. And both are extraordinary. Remark. Bake the dough in any tin it doesn't have to be round for cakes because it crumbles later anyway.
- Crumble the baked and cooled biscuit with your fingers and reconnect with three strawberry yoghurts. Press the mixture into the mold.
- Grind 250 g of iodine well, if you have it, it is best with a stick mixer, if not then cut them into thin slices and chop as much as possible with an ordinary mixer. From the sweet cream, mix the whipped cream (not too hard) and mix it with the strawberries. Place the cream on the biscuit and flatten slightly.
- Cut the rest of the iodine into cubes and sprinkle over the cake. Melt the cooking chocolate in a steamer and pour over the strawberries using a syringe or freezer bag.
