Preparation steps
- Chop the onion and put it in a pan with oil to fry. Add the finely chopped paprika. Blue eggplant, zucchini and carrot are cut in half and added to the pan.
- Mushrooms cut into leaves are also added to the pan.
- Finally, add corn, rice and pre-cooked medicine. Add salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Mix everything nicely and put it in the pan in which the dish will be baked. Pour water over the vegetables.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour or until the liquid evaporates.
