Legume and veal stew
Garlic and parsley go perfectly with the bean stew, and its flavors are complemented by pasta. For a perfect atmosphere, serve sour cream with fresh veal and young beans.
Preparation steps
- Fry the chopped onion in oil.
- Add diced veal, add a little salt, pepper and sauté, basting with water for 15-20 minutes.
- Then add the peeled tomatoes, tomato juice and vegetable cube. Pour hot water, and when it boils, stir in the beans. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, stir in the chopped garlic and the pasta that you cooked and drained before.
Serving
Serve the bean stew sprinkled with chopped parsley.
