Leek, carrot and potato fritters
Vegetable fritters have always been famous, and perfect their re-preparation with your favorite vegetables and favorite spices.
Preparation steps
- Clean the leeks, wash them, cut them into rings and place them in a cooking pot.
- Wash the carrots and potatoes, peel them, cut them into cubes and add the leeks, then pour water into which you have added a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and cook covered for about 15 minutes.
- Drain the cooked vegetables well, mix in the flour and 50 g of bread crumbs.
- Mix everything well and shape the ribs with your hands.
- Roll the prepared fritters in the rest of the bread crumbs and fry in heated oil until golden yellow.
Serving
Serve the fritters with cooked rice and a seasonal salad.
Advice
You can replace carrots with pumpkin, leeks with kale or combine vegetables of your choice.
