Leek and meat burek
Very tasty homemade variation of burek with leeks, thyme and meat.
Preparation steps
- Wash the leek well, chop it into rings and fry it in oil until it softens, then add the meat, salt, pepper, finely chopped thyme and cook it for a few minutes. Add 2 eggs and sour cream to the finished mixture and stir.
- Oil the round cake tin and arrange 4 crusts to cover the bottom and edges of the mold. Apply a third of the mass, cover with two crusts and then another third and repeat. Finally, cover everything with two more crusts, pushing the edges as much as possible namestate carsav)
