Preparation steps

  • Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whisk 6 egg whites with 150 g of sugar. Add 200g of ground walnuts. Pour the mixture into a round cake pan. Bake at 200'C.
  • When the crust is half-baked, pour a mixture of 6 egg whites, 150 g of sugar and 200 grams of coconut over it. Return to the oven. Remove the baked crust from the mold and allow to cool.
  • Whisk 12 egg yolks with 15o g of pillars. Steam the egg yolks and sugar and add 200 g of chocolate. Leave the uniform cream to cool, then add 1 prepared margarine. Spread the finished cream over the crust.
  • Put 2 layers of vanilla cream around and decorate as desired.
