Lebanese pizza
Typical Lebanese pizza, a simple and delicious pastry for which I received a recipe from my hairdresser.
Preparation steps
- Prepare the yeast and let it rise.
- Knead a smooth dough of flour, water, oil, salt and sugar and let it rise.
- When the dough has risen, divide it into 12-15 balls.
- Roll out each ball (thickness to be like for a normal pizza).
- Coat with olive oil, then with lemon juice, salt, sprinkle with oregano and sesame.
- Bake at 200C.
Serving
I always make different sizes, Ana likes small ones, Alex big ones and her husband doesn't choose - he eats everything he can. You can put as much oregano and sesame as you want, we like it with more sesame and lemon juice.
