Lean cakes
Instead of yeast, if you fast, but also if you don't, they are hot. I borrow the recipe for making cakes from @Zrenjaninka because I always make these regular ones with yeast according to her recipe. Besides this, the change is that I replace the milk with water, and I simply throw out the egg, there is no need;)
Preparation steps
- Knead the dough according to the recipe and make a paste of sesame and sunflower. Grind until they release their oil, but if necessary you can also add while grinding, be sure to add a little salt. As for the ajvar, open the jar;)
- Instead of cracklings / yeast, spread the dough with pasta and ajvar. Divide the dough in half and you get practically 2 types of cakes. And maybe we could do it together ...
