Preparation steps

  • Boil buckwheat in three cups of water for 15 minutes. Leave to cool and soak up the water, then put it in the multi practicum for a second or roughly mash it. Add pre-cooked cabbage with red onion, grated potatoes and wholemeal rice. Mix everything and add garlic and baking powder oil (can be without oil) and spices to taste. I didn't salt it for sauerkraut. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in a preheated oven, line the baking tray with baking paper. bake for about 1h. to a golden yellow color.
