LCHF pizza (Fat Head Pizza)

Pizza with dough without cereals !? Oh yeah!!

Preparation steps

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Add mozzarella and abc cheese to the pan and heat in the microwave for one minute at the highest temperature. Mix the melted cheeses and heat again in the microwave at the highest temperature for 30 seconds and stir.
  • Add the egg and mix well into a compact mixture. Then add salt and almond flour and knead further.
  • Roll out the dough between two baking sheets with a rolling pin (about half a centimeter thick). Coat the stretched dough with olive oil and bake for about 10 minutes (until the dough turns yellow).
  • Remove from the oven and add the stuffing, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes ... the pizza is ready to eat!
  • ... slice and enjoy :)
  • ... with salad!
  • ... with eggs!
  • ... with pesto sauce!

Serving

Serve hot or cold, with salad, extra sauces ... enjoy and good taste!
