Lazy aka Lazy Sunday cakes
Sunday, 11 a.m., I get up ... lie, it's 12 and I don't get out of the warm soft blanket. But I need to feed the sloth next to me who is snoring, and by lunch there is still ohoho, so to calm the monster inside I get up and turn on the oven at 200 - 220 because she needs min. 30 minutes to zahajca. In the meantime, I'm mixing a miracle.
Preparation steps
- Set the oven to 200 -220 Celsius.
- In a blender, pour a cup and a half of flour (no matter which, I’m white sharp), a cup of milk, half a cup of yogurt, half a baking powder, a pinch of salt and two eggs. I also added crispy fried onions, one handful (you can get it in Peking Duck, Orient Shop, etc.) purely for a better taste. Tighten it and let it mix well for a minute or two.
- Oil the muffin tins (fair). And now pour the mixture to a third of the bowl. Place salami (some dry) on it, you can also add cheese, then pour another third on it and sprinkle seeds on it (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, whatever makes you happy, I'm a mix) to make it a healthy meal (as well) the top you break the egg. Now that there would be no cholesterol for the heart, I stretch one egg into two muffins (one egg yolk, one egg white). And then you can still sprinkle with chopped bacon.
- Whisk in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until nicely browned and until the egg hardens. Voila, Sunday's snack is over.
Serving
Take it out of the mold and place it on a board.
