Lasagne broccoli, gorgonzola & walnut

adored lasagne but this combination definitely thrilled me ....

Preparation steps

  • first make the bechamel sauce. put the butter in the pan to melt and mix in the flour (be careful not to burn it) to get a golden mixture. slowly add the milk, stirring constantly to the desired density. season to taste .....
  • Wash the broccoli and separate it into small florets and put it on the melted butter on the fire for about 5 minutes, thinking ....
  • Spread besamel on the bottom of the refractory dish .... arrange lasagna in a row, a thin layer of besamel..spread the broccoli in the flowers and pieces of gorgonzola and grate the gouda and sprinkle each row with ground walnuts ..... 4 rows fell out and I finished I poured broccoli and cheese over everything good with bechamel ....
  • bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. let them squeeze a little and thicken a good appetite!
