This is my first recipe
Preparation steps
- Meat sauce:
- Fry onions and garlic in oil, add mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add tomato peeled tomato, meat cube, salt and pepper and simmer for about 30 minutes. Finally add a little oregano.
- Bechamel:
- Stir the flour into the melted butter and then lightly add the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Stacking:
- Spread butter on the tin and add a layer of bechamel, a layer of lasagna, meat sauce, parmesan and pour béchamel over the wafer. Make sure that there is bechamel on top. Finally, sprinkle with parmesan and bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees covered with foil.
